1）Q: What do I need to provide if I need to get a quotation?            

A: You can send me email to provide parts 2D&3D, mold life, steel requirements, parts surface requirement and hot runner brand if you have this reuqirements.If you  need plastic parts price, you can provide raw material and parts quantity. If you don't have all informations, don't worry, you can only provide the plastic parts size and take pictures with appearance of the product. We also can provide quotation sheet for you.

2）Q: How many days can I get a quote?        

 A: You can get quotation sheet within 48h.

3) Q: What software do you typically use to design molds?        

A: We usually use UG 12&10&8, Catia, Solidworks.

4) Q: What are the generally accepted payment terms?        

A: 1) Payment terms for moulds: T/T, 50% Deposit with P.O. , Mid Term (First Shot) 30% , Final Term (Upon Approval Before Shipping) 20%                  

     2) Payment terms for metal parts: T/T, 50%Deposit with P.O. , Final Term (Upon Approval Before Shipping): 50%

5) Q: What kind of hot runner brand do you usually use?      

A: YUDO, Moldmasters, Synventive, Runipsys and Incoe.

6) Q: How to ensure that my projects are confidential?      

A: We are very happy to sign a NDA(confidentiality agreement) to ensure that your project is safe and confidential.

7) Q: How to control the quality of mold?        

A: We have strict project management. We need to check the steel hardness and types . After CNC, the steel includes cavity&core, inserts size, the copper also will be measured, after trail, the plastic parts will be measured using CMM or Projector. Before mold and plastic parts shipping, QC department will check thoroughly.

8) Q: How long to make plastic injection mold?        

A: Usaully 4-6 weeks. It depends on how big the projects are.

9) Q: How to ensure the leadtime?    

A: After the project kicks off, the mold progress report , production process pictures will be sent to you.

10) Q: Do you have any after-sales service?          

A: Yes, We have professional saleswomen to follow up your mold condition .

11) Q: What is the general packaging way and what is the transportation way?            

A: We usually use Vacuum packing with wooden box. The transportation way is by sea, air and train

12) Q: Can XHD Plastic Mold make low-volume injection molds and products?            

A: We have the advantage of making low-volume injection molds because we have many different sizes of common mold bases, you only need to give the cavity&core and plastic parts price.

13) Q: Can XHD plastic mold do the second operation like painting, plating, assembling.        

 A: Yes, we can do some simple assembling and have very stable suppliers to provide painting, plating.

14) Q: What kind of trade terms can XHD Plastic Mold do?          

A: EXW, CIF, DDP, FOB and so on.
